The World's Sole Archive for the Revisionist Movement

The Jabotinsky Institute Archive is the sole archive in the world to safeguard the documentation of the Revisionist Movement for all generations. Its prominent collection contains millions of documents of the National Movement institutions from their creation through current times, the Betar Youth Movement, and the Etzel and Lehi undergrounds. It also features the personal collections of the movement’s key personalities and activists, notably the personal archives of Ze'ev (Vladimir) Jabotinsky.

In addition, the archive houses priceless collections of photographs, oral testimony, maps, recordings, flags, stamps, symbols and more. An adjacent library contains thousands of books relating to the history of the Jewish people and the Land of Israel, as well as a rare collection of the movement’s journalism.

Many of these treasures can be viewed, at no charge, on the website of the Jabotinsky Institute.

The website provides access to thousands of descriptions and abstracts of documents, photos and books. This detailed listing is updated in real time to enable more effective searching at the site. Internet users can take advantage of advanced online tools for searching the archive (in Hebrew): searches by word, phrase or type of material sought, and complex searches that enable the visitor to examine descriptions of the entire range of archival files.

The Institute’s archive is continuing to collect documents, photographs and publications related to its work from institutions and private individuals. If you possess such material, please transfer it to us in order ensure its preservation for the generations to come.
